Offseason preparation is crucial to staying sharp and maintaining high performance throughout the year. During key offseason periods (May–August and December–January), Strive Soccer offers both personal 1-on-1 training sessions and small group sessions designed to help players prepare physically and technically for their upcoming seasons.

Each training plan is tailored to the individual athlete, focusing on position-specific development, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, technical refinement, and injury prevention. Our offseason sessions are built to help players return to competition stronger, more confident, and game-ready.

Small group sessions bring together 2–6 players for a competitive, high-energy environment where athletes push each other and develop together. Whether you train solo or with a group, every session is structured, intentional, and built around your development.
